Chris worked for many years within the public sector during which time she has gained experience in auditing and developed models, tools and techniques helping individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.
Chris believes that everyone has talent and has worked hard to motivate, challenge and stretch individuals and organisations to evidence their talents using appropriate methods for different styles.
Chris says,
“Learning is for everyone without exception.”
This has been apparent with Chris’ involvement in major projects, some of which have spanned organisation’s exceeding 2500 employees.
When working with her, the professional attitude shines through. Chris’ beliefs and values also become very clear in any work that she undertakes. The main ones being her reliability, and this coupled with her sense of loyalty produces a very potent mix. This is combined with a very strong desire to achieve outcomes for clients when working with them.
Chris says,
“As a Psychologist I am driven by a curiosity in how people learn and what motivates them to achieve their full potential. It is also a passion of mine to ensure that people do not get excluded from learning for any reason.”
This quote very clearly highlights the determination and passion that Chris exhibits surrounding learning. Learning for her is a fervour and this becomes evident and is reflected in her work and with all she comes into contact with.
She is a very approachable and empathic individual. The number of people who appreciate her intuitive prowess shows this. This comes out in talking to her clients all of whom have shown an appreciation for her powers of understanding and her ability to be able to get right to the issue. Her sense of humour is sharp and spicy and is very witty and understands that life should be fun but that it is not always funny.
