The new economy and new society in which we now live exert forces on how we operate in both personal and work life. This results in increased attention on diversity and social inclusion. Social Inclusion encompasses personal and statutory obligations as well as concepts such as corporate social responsibility. Diversity includes, among others, aspects such as race, gender, disability, disaffection and sexuality. Diversity and Social Inclusion work together to produce greater transparency and accountability in the workplace and our daily lives.
