Mission

It is the mission of Gallant 2000 to increase the level of awareness and increase activities that are involved in the area of Social Inclusion. Our approach focuses on the practical and promotes the idea that it is bith Social Inclusion and Diversity.

The company was established in August 1999, with the aim to increase the awareness of Social Inclusion for both the individual and organisations. We aim to provide United Kingdom Businesses, Organisations and groups with necessary tools to develop best practice Social Inclusion Management strategies.

Activities

The first step for many organisations is to articulate their aims and intentions in a clear and comprehensive Social Inclusion Statement or Policy. These statements aim to establish a common understanding across the organisation of what Social Inclusion means, why it is important, and how the organisation responds to the opportunities that it poses.

Having articulated a Social Inclusion vision, organisations can integrate the management of it into both the strategic direction and the day to day running of the Business. This can be integrated into performance criteria that can be measured such as:

All of our work is underpinned using theories and approaches from Business, Psychological, sociological and socio-political ideas. We have developed many original practical tools and techniques that can be used in this field.
